Maybe you’re in a period of change, feeling stuck in certain relationships, or noticing patterns you want to understand better.
Therapy can give you space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and understand yourself more clearly.

I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist working with teens and adults throughout California. I especially enjoy working with college students, young adults, and adults who are navigating periods of change, questions about identity, relationship difficulties, or the ways earlier experiences continue to affect the present.
My style is warm, relational, and thoughtful. I’m interested not only in what you are struggling with right now, but also in understanding why certain patterns developed, how they may be affecting the way you relate to yourself and other people, and what it might look like to respond differently.
I also have significant clinical experience working with trauma, eating disorders, and concerns that feel complex, longstanding, or difficult to untangle. I am comfortable sitting with complicated things, while still making therapy feel collaborative, human, and grounded.
As a bicultural therapist, I also understand that identity, family, culture, and belonging can shape the way we understand ourselves and our relationships. I offer therapy in English and Portuguese.

Services
In-person sessions are available in Los Altos.
Telehealth sessions are available throughout California.
We’ll start with a brief phone consultation so I can hear what is bringing you to therapy, answer your questions, and see whether we might be a good fit.
Our first session gives us more time to talk about what has been happening, your history, and what you hope therapy might help you understand or change.
From there, we’ll meet regularly and explore both what is bringing you to therapy now and the patterns underneath it.
I offer a free consultation so we can talk briefly about what brings you to therapy, what you’re looking for, and whether I might be a good fit.
